Stagira Studios, LLC d.b.a. Creative Fidelity is seeking original works of art created by emerging artists living in the United States. Work must be no larger than 2 x 2 x 2 inches. Any medium is accepted.  Artwork must be available for sale and exhibition.

Entry Fee: There is no fee to submit an entry.

Eligibility: This call for art is open to all artists over the age of eighteen currently residing within the United States. Work must be the original creation and composition of the submitting artist. Artwork must have been created with the last five years.

Submitting Images: Entries will be accepted via Dropbox. If you have a Dropbox account, dump your entry documents (outlined below) along with high-quality images in a folder with the following title convention “2x2_Surname_ZipCode” and share with art(at)creativefidelity.com. Entries should include the following information:

  • A document (Pages, Word, or PDF format) that summarizes:
    • the artist’s education, exhibition history, and theme of each submitted artwork
    • an organized list of works submitted (include titles, sizes, media, and prices)
    • the artist’s contact information and website URL (if available)
  • Images of artwork should be submitted in JPG or PDF format
  • Images must be oriented correctly (vertical or horizontal)
  • Make sure each image is properly titled (do not use spaces or punctuation in your title) and clearly identified in documentation

Acceptance & Notification: Should your work be accepted, a representative from Creative Fidelity will be in touch to conduct a brief interview and to discuss a marketing plan and intent. Selected works will be promoted across the Stagira Studios/Creative Fidelity web properties and offered to collectors for purchase. If opportunities for public exhibition in a physical space are available, the artist will be made aware and will have the ability to accept or decline the opportunity.

Delivery of Accepted Work: All accepted artwork must be shipped to a warehousing facility located near Austin, TX (the exact location will be disclosed to accepted artists). The artist will be responsible for shipping the work to Creative Fidelity. Creative Fidelity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected works.

Liability: Stagira Studios/Creative Fidelity does not carry insurance on individual works. If you wish to have your work insured, you must make your own arrangements, including coverage during transit.

Presentation Requirements for Accepted Works: All work needs to be ready to hang. Any work on paper must be presented under suitable protection. You must have an identification card on the back of each piece with your name, phone number, title of piece, and description of media used. Works that do no meet the quality standards acceptable by Creative Fidelity may be rejected, even if initially accepted. Work that is wet, soiled, dangerous or otherwise unsuitable may be rejected.

Artwork Sales: Stagira Studios/Creative Fidelity will retain 50% of the sale price of all artwork sold; 10% of which (net proceeds) will be deposited into a fund to assist other artists with critical living expenses or to fund artistic projects/development. Sales will be processed through Stagira Studios, LLC and proceeds distributed quarterly.
